The KLAS Digital Health Investment Symposium (DHIS) is happening again this fall on September 1 and 2. If you’ve received an invitation, you’re about to experience one of the most unique retreats that brings together leaders from healthcare providers, healthcare IT firms, and investors. I look forward to these few days each year because of the space it creates for leaders who are committed to driving change to have meaningful, high-energy discussions.
Held in the stunning mountain setting of Park City, Utah, DHIS 2026 is our annual executive retreat designed to foster collaboration, spark innovation, and tackle healthcare’s pressing challenges.
A Focus on Precision at Scale
When carefully considering a theme for this year, we kept coming back to precision at scale. It almost goes without saying that having limited time and resources are a massive concern for many organizations in healthcare. We’re excited to collaborate on how organizations can use their available time, energy, and capital to more efficiently drive innovation.
Those conversations will also focus on what KLAS is seeing on the current state of AI, automations, and synergistic technologies to drive effective and agile healthcare transformation.
Jumpstarting Critical Conversations
Attendees should expect to learn from the wide range of panels and topics we plan to cover. I’ve included a few of these below that I’m most excited about:
- Executive Roundtable – Doing more with less in healthcare IT
- Healthcare Innovation: What’s Hot, What’s Not, and How to Drive Innovation More Efficiently
- Ambient Intelligence Beyond Physicians and Documentation: Nurse ambient speech, innovations in functionality, and what’s coming next
- More than a Data Lake Graveyard: Utilization, enablement, and value across the data lifecycle
- The Future of Ambulatory and Specialty EHR: Where is the market going, and where does it need to go?
What Attendees Can Expect
At the end of the day, those coming to DHIS will be in dynamic discussions that span clinical, operational, financial, and digital health topics. These conversations are designed to challenge assumptions and inspire fresh thinking.
Because of the variety of backgrounds of those attending, you’ll have the opportunity to network with top leaders across the healthcare ecosystem, forming connections that can lead to meaningful collaboration and change. Most importantly, you’ll gain strategic insights to help guide your organization through an increasingly complex and evolving healthcare environment. This is your opportunity to connect, innovate, and lead the transformation in healthcare.
