SALT LAKE CITY, UT, February 4, 2026 – Epic, athenahealth, Chartis, Optimum Healthcare IT and Impact Advisors won the 2026 Overall Best in KLAS awards, as reported in the 2026 Best in KLAS: Software & Services report, released today. The 2026 Best in KLAS Software & Services awards recognize the leading vendors for solutions, services and management consulting offered to providers and payers in the United States in 2025. The 2026 Best in KLAS Global Software awards, released concurrently in a separate report, recognize the leading software and services organizations that served the global healthcare market in 2025 outside the United States.
Overall Health System Suite: Epic. For the sixteenth consecutive year, Epic has been named the top Overall Health System Suite. Additionally, Epic won Best in KLAS awards in eleven individual market segments.
Overall Independent Physician Practice Suite: athenahealth. athenahealth repeats as the Overall Independent Physician Practice Suite for the third consecutive year. They also earned Best in KLAS awards in the following four segments: Behavioral Health, Ambulatory EHR: Independent (>75 Physicians), Ambulatory EHR: Independent (11–75 Physicians), and Practice Management: Independent (11–75 Physicians).
Overall IT Services Firm: Chartis. For the second consecutive year, Chartis has been named the top Overall IT Services Firm. Chartis also won Best in KLAS awards in the Financial/Clinical Improvement Consulting segment and the HIT Core Clinical Implementation Leadership segment.
Overall Implementation Services Firm: Optimum Healthcare IT. Optimum Healthcare IT earned the recognition of top Overall Implementation Services Firm for 2026. Optimum Healthcare IT scored above 95.0 in five of the six segments in which they are measured: Go-Live Support, HIT Core Clinical Implementation Leadership, HIT Staffing, IT Planning & Assessment, and Managed IT Services.
Overall Healthcare Management Consulting Firm: Impact Advisors. Impact Advisors has been named the top Overall Healthcare Management Consulting Firm for 2026. Impact Advisors also won Best in KLAS in two individual segments: Data & Analytics Services and Human Capital Consulting.

TeleVox customers report a 22% improvement in satisfaction since last year’s Best in KLAS report, citing meaningful progress in the vendor’s service maturity, reliability, and customer partnership. Customers say the improvement has been driven by more proactive communication, stronger executive engagement, and tangible follow-through on long-standing issues. Respondents note that change management (previously a pain point) has improved as TeleVox now provides proactive outreach and regular, organization-specific updates, particularly when customers adjust workflows or processes. More seasoned customers observe broader product and service maturity. Collectively, customers say TeleVox has become more responsive, predictable, and aligned with their needs, signaling a clear and sustained improvement trajectory.
Most Improved Physician Practice Product: Greenway Health. Greenway Health has taken critical customer feedback to heart in recent years and worked to improve partnership with their clients. The changes have resulted this year in a 24% increase in customer satisfaction among Greenway Health’s RCM services clients, with respondents reporting meaningful improvements to Greenway Health’s account management, claims follow-up, and collaborative support.
Most Improved Services Solution: PwC. Through a prescriptive, highly engaged, and outcomes-driven approach, PwC has demonstrated meaningful gains in satisfaction among clients who have engaged them for ERP business transformation and implementation leadership services. Over the past year,
satisfaction among these organizations has risen 8%. Clients value PwC’s deep system expertise as well as the firm’s commitment to go beyond transactional delivery and establish themselves as a true strategic partner.
