For the past few years, the KLAS Arch Collaborative has recognized the incredible achievements of organizations that materially improve their clinicians’ experience in their EHR. Organizations qualify for recognition based on how their clinicians score their experience.
During KLAS’s annual Global Summit in Croatia, we celebrated the success of our global winners on stage. KLAS’s CEO, Adam Gale, presented the attending winners to the audience. Read below for more information.
What Are the Available Honors?
The premier award that organizations aim for is the Arch Collaborative EHR Experience Pinnacle Award. This is given to Arch Collaborative organizations who have reached a Net EHR Experience Score (NEES) of 75.0 for nurses or a NEES of 60.0 for physicians. This represents significant work, as the average nurse NEES is 47.3 (n=113,045) and the average physician NEES is 23.4 (n=53,037).
The second honor recognizes organizations that are improving over time: the Arch Collaborative EHR Experience Breakthrough Recognition. This coin is given to any participating organization whose NEES has increased by at least 15 points between measurements. This recognition can also be earned for physicians’ or nurses’ scores.
We had more organizations than ever before qualify for both honors in 2026. Below, find the organizations that won in the global (non-US) market. Congratulations to each and every one of you!
