Case Studies
Baylor Scott & White Health partnered with Nordic Global to reframe the EHR education as change management to better ready nurses for integrated, real-time device data within the Epic EHR. The team brought mobile devices, smart pumps, and barcode scanners into the classroom and connected them to Epic training environments. This made it possible for clinicians to practice end-to-end medication administration workflows exactly how they are at the bedside.
University of Iowa Health Care delivered one of the first large-scale deployments of ambient speech technology to reduce clinicians’ documentation burden and combat burnout. They made Nabla available to all clinicians enterprise-wide, which drove widespread adoption. As a result, the organization is seeing significant improvements in EHR satisfaction and a sustained reduction in provider burnout post-deployment.
After a rigorous vendor selection and pilot process, Cleveland Clinic collaborated with Ambience Healthcare to deploy ambient AI technology at an enterprise scale. This reduced documentation burden, improved provider satisfaction, and enabled one of the broadest ambient AI deployments measured to date in the KLAS Arch Collaborative.
